This course will give you the chance to build your crisis management skills through real-life examples.

Throughout the session, you will work through a fictional crisis scenario using a private online crisis simulation platform. The interactive crisis simulation will require you to develop a strategy, create messaging, and tailor your response to the needs of online audiences.

  • how to use dedicated crisis response models and checklists to manage in a crisis scenario
  • to compare strategic responses, key decisions and tactical approaches with other teams, and learn from your colleagues.
