The Government Communication Service (GCS) has today published a draft of its evaluation strategy for the media buying framework renewal.
The draft is subject to change following further consultation but in line with our desire to be as open and transparent, this draft gives agencies a chance to review it before it is finalised and published by OJEU.
At the heart of the proposed evaluation strategy is an intention to focus on evaluating quality of outcomes and service over cost alone. The intention is to ensure the new agency is able to deliver the best campaign outcomes for government and the best value for the taxpayer.
Prospective agencies and other interested parties are encouraged to respond the the survey by 24th November.
