Media buying framework update: Draft framework agreement and call off contract shared

Friday 3 November 2017

We are pleased to be able to share the draft Framework Agreement which will form a key part of the new media buying framework Invitation To Tender (ITT) pack.

The draft is subject to change following further consultation but in line with our desire to be as open and transparent as we can, this draft gives agencies a chance to review it before it is finalised and published by OJEU.

Please submit any comments via the survey by 24 November 2017.

This document supports our aim to put in place a world-leading framework that delivers the best possible campaign outcomes for government, provides value for the taxpayer and sets a positive example for industry.

The contract is based on the Campaign Solutions framework (RM3774) agreement and also incorporates elements of version 2 of ISBA’s Framework Media Services Contract.

There is intentionally a strong focus on quality and transparency, as we believe that will help create a strong partnership that will work for both government and agencies.

Evaluation criteria and Call off contract will be published shortly.
