The Early Talent Programme is changing. It will retain some elements of the current programme, but include other new and exciting development opportunities.
The programme is changing from 2 years to 12 months. It will offer a more concentrated learning and development experience, designed to accelerate your professional progression, focusing on building leadership capability and developing strategic thinking.
Participants will work through a mixture of compulsory modules, assignments and personal reflections. Completion of the programme will result in an accredited qualification.
We are launching the first cohort for this revised programme in June 2019 and the nomination process will open in April.
