Accessing PRCA webinars via the Public Sector Portal

  1. Register with PRCA using your departmental email address.
  2. Add your chosen courses to your diary/calendar
  3. On the day of your chosen course go to the public sector portal (this page) and follow the “Enter Webinar Room” link below.
  4. When the webinar is due to start, sign in as a guest using your email address and wait to be accepted into the webinar room

IMPORTANT: There is no need to book PRCA webinars. If you need confirmation of attendance for CPD purposes, please contact us.

This has been tested in several departments and it is hoped that the majority of members will not have any technical problems. If you do, please speak to your IT team. Alternatively, PRCA content can also be accessed via personal devices.
