The new Evaluation Framework was launched in December 2015 and supports a more consistent approach to evaluation across GCS where outcomes are aligned to objectives. It takes the form of a handy desk-drop swatch, containing valid metrics for: media, marketing, digital, stakeholder engagement and internal communications.
The desk-drop framework is a quick, easy reference tool to ensure we measure what matters. It reflects the needs of a modern communications team and promotes an integrated communications approach where all areas within communications have a part to play.
Departments can order copies for their communication teams by contacting the Cabinet Office GCS Evaluation Team on the contact details below. Order quick, as stocks are limited!
